My life is super busy and I have been struggling to keep up on my house cleaning. I reached out to Muck Maids to schedule a deep clean which I got 3 weeks ago and they did amazing work...my apartment was not that clean even when I moved in. I decided to go with their recurring service to get cleanings every 3 weeks. Dalene not only did a fantastic job with everything but was friendly and totally understood what I needed done with my busy schedule. Looking forward to the recurring cleanings especially since I work at home...it keeps my brain calm and focused.

No need to keep searching, call these good folks. I had a tight schedule and called in on Christmas Eve. They were the only ones that answered. I explained to Ziya I need a hand to get this big’ol house cleaned and it desperately needed a deep clean. She asked a few questions, I explained my problem areas, and actually listed - and made sure to let me know they are flexible if you need more like I did. The day after Christmas Kayla & Deon showed up an hour early, which was awesome, and we walked the house together. From there they didn’t waste any time, asking along they way if we had any preferences from one room to another. 9 hours later, and I’m telling ya it should have taken two days to clean this place, they got it done. It hasn’t been this clean since we first moved in. Shauna & James stayed in touch with their team to make sure they had everything they needed, but they were more than prepared. It’s really simple in life if you think about it, do good work, deliver what you promised and people will go out of their way to tell folks about your services, just like you and I are talking right now. They are exactly who you’re looking for.

I had my first initial cleaning with Muck Maids a week ago and I was not satisfied at all. The person who came to my home skipped many of the contracted areas to clean she basically did what they had to do to just get it done. I expressed my concerns to the owner during their satisfaction check and he immediately wanted to make it right. Which I sincerely appreciated. He was able to schedule a new clean, free of charge, and sent me Amy. She was amazing!! She asked me the concerns I had with my home and was very detailed. She took her time and I could immediately see there difference. Amy's personality and detail to her work along with the company's dedication to providing 100% satisfactory service is why I will remain a customer!

A couple of things during the initial deep clean were missed, but they immediately corrected that and sent out Valeria C. and she did an amazing job. Mikelle did a fantastic job deep cleaning our house and getting it ready for sale! Every corner of the home sparkled when she was done. The shower looked brand new—she got rid of every bit of grime and buildup, leaving the glass and tile spotless. She also paid incredible attention to the baseboards, which are often overlooked, but she made sure they were thoroughly scrubbed and looked freshly painted. I would highly recommend Mikelle and Muck Maids for any of your future cleaning projects—they go above and beyond!

We just started using Muck Maids, and are very happy with our first cleaning! We work from home and have specific requirements around that - Shauna took very detailed notes and flawlessly passed the info along to Valerie, our house cleaner. We are very happy with the job Valerie did cleaning our home! Because we have some home projects ongoing, there were specific areas to be avoided with our first cleaning, and she was not thrown by that one bit - she just rolled with the punches and was understanding. We requested her for our future biweekly cleanings. It was so nice to come home to a professionally cleaned home and we look forward to seeing Valerie again soon!

I don't think our house has ever been THIS clean before. Mrs. Angel did a PHENOMENAL job, you could literally FEEL the difference in the air. This wonderful exemplar of cleanliness deserves to be put upon a pedestal because I have yet to meet someone of an IOTA of her thorough dedication to a sparkling home. We had payed for a deep cleaning with another company before and honestly looking at the job Mrs. Angel did made it very clear we have not met a REAL housecleaner before. She is perfect, she is sublime we love her and will hire her all the time!❤️

Jonnie Angel was my superstar cleaner and she rocked it! She is very detail oriented and conscientious about how she cleans. She was very straight forward with the process and what she normally does and does not do; always with the caveat that if I wanted something, she would do it. I'll absolutely want to use Muck Maids again and am already spreading the word.
I had an emergency situation with some demanding short term rental guests on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. My regular cleaners were not available and I was struggling to find anyone who could help. Muck Maids answered my call and sent someone to the house within hours. She did a fantastic job on the clean and was wonderful at interacting with my guests. They saved me! I will definitely call again. I’m so happy to have found another dependable cleaning team in the area.

I hired this company to clean my home the day before Thanksgiving, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. I understand that with kids and dogs in and out, my home can take a bit of work, which is why I spent a significant amount of time preparing my house for them and was fully willing to pay for the cleaning. It started when I informed the cleaner not to place certain items in specific bins because they contained clean clothes. Instead of acknowledging this, the cleaner gave me a rude, dismissive look, which was the first red flag. The owner, who was initially very polite on the phone, called me shortly after I left my home to inform me that the cleaning would take longer than expected and would cost an additional $50. Alternatively, I could specify which areas to prioritize. I agreed to adjust, but 45 minutes later, I received a text saying they found a “tick” and were leaving the premises for safety. I asked for a photo of the “tick,” and what they sent me wasn’t a tick or even a bug. When I pointed this out, they claimed one was crawling on their cleaner. This was strange since we live here and have people in and out regularly without any issues. I explained that we sometimes see water beetles in our older, treated home—but apparently, the mere sight of any insect is a deal-breaker for this company. Honestly, the entire experience made me feel like the house was just more work than they wanted to do and that the insect excuse was nothing more than a cop-out to leave early. This put me in a bind the day before a major holiday, and I had to scramble to find someone else. Thankfully, the new cleaning company that came in after had no issues at all with my home or with any insects, for that matter. To make matters worse, when I returned home after this company left, I found a bucket full of bleach water left behind, which is not only unprofessional but also a potential hazard. I had been prepared to pay for a thorough cleaning and went out of my way to get the house ready for them, but their unprofessional behavior and overreaction to a common issue in older homes left me extremely dissatisfied. I am giving this company two stars instead of one solely because the owner was very polite on the phone. However, I cannot recommend their services based on my overall experience. The photo they provided is not of a tick. Upon closer inspection, it appears to be a chocolate chip and some hair on the floor that was sprayed with cleaner and smeared. It’s the largest chocolate “tick” chip I’ve ever seen! Ticks are never that color—those that size tend to be a lighter gray. A tick is a small, flat, oval-shaped speck, often reddish-brown in color, resembling a tiny seed or a small freckle. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding its appearance. Additionally, the property has been thoroughly inspected for fleas and ticks, and none were found.
We scheduled a deep clean. Jonnie’s attention to detail is outstanding! We are happy with the results and happy to have her come back for regular cleanings. Highly recommend!

They are the best cleaning service I've ever used. If you're shipping around, you can stop. Muck Maids not only offered the lowest price around after calling multiple cleaning services, but they also offered world class support when they ran into issues at our house (no key, power shut off mid clean). Despite it being our issue, they were patient, offered fair resolutions, and worked with us to get the job done. Can't recommend highly enough!

Scharmagne was the best. From the cleaning to her warm personality. Loved her and she did a PHENOMENAL job. She got every single nook and cranny. She did everything to the T and loved her. I can’t wait to refer her to everyone. She gonna need some back support the way she carrying this company lol no but really she’s great and I’m glad this company got me to her.

We booked a move out deep clean with James and was able to get us the best cleaner! Jonnie did amazing work!! Attention to detail and was able to leave the place sparkling clean for us! Every corner of our house was touched and smells so clean and new. All very easy to book and work with, was able to get us taken care of with such short notice. Definitely recommend!! ✨👏🏽
Jonnie was great, we hired Muck Maids for a deep clean and she did a walk with me to understand what it was I wanted accomplished… baseboards… microwave Etc… after Jonnie finished you would never believe we have pets in our house! She has an eye for detail and brought something’s to my attention I was not even aware of in some rooms! She did an amazing job on the floor in the office (where my pups frequent when I work from home) our major focus is surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms and Jonnie knocked it out with a smile on her face and good conversation! We signed up for a frequent visit and look forward to growing with Muck Maids and Jonnie moving forward! Thanks again Jonnie see you in a few weeks!

I happened on to muck maids by chance only to find it was meant to be. James was courteous and easy to talk with. He recommended Jonnie and she was amazing, thorough, organized detailed. Professional AND courteous. I've sometimes seen those last 2 not go together. I will use them again and recommend them highly.
We got a deep clean service from Muck Maids and I am amazed at how thorough and detailed it is. I would say it's more of a complete overhaul. We had an awesome lady named Johnnie Angel come and take care of everything from the baseboards to the blinds and more. We hope Johnnie will be doing all of our cleaning services and come at least once a month, possibly twice. Super friendly, professional, thorough and really knows her stuff. She also likes Batman, who happens to be our favorite super hero, so it just made it even better! Easily 5 stars for the most excellent cleaning we have ever had!

Muck maids did such an amazing job on our move out clean!! A few years back we hired cleaners for a move out and they. Did. Horrible!! So I was a bit anxious to hire a cleaner knowing I wouldn’t be there to check the results.. James was so helpful, he reached out to schedule me almost immediately after I submitted a request.
