By using muckmaids.com or booking cleaning services with Muck Maids, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning in the greater Phoenix area. Scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at booking. Additional time or tasks may require approval and adjusted pricing.
Bookings and access
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, safe access to the home or business, and disclosure of pets, alarms, parking restrictions, or hazards. We may reschedule or decline service if access or conditions make cleaning unsafe.
Pricing and payment
Quoted prices are based on information provided at booking. Changes to home size, condition, or requested tasks may affect the final amount. Payment terms are presented during online checkout or invoicing.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee as described in your booking confirmation.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work. If something is missed, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. Please notify us of fragile or high-value items before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues unrelated to our cleaning.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
